OUPV 6-Pack
This license has long been the most popular license issued by the Coast Guard. Carrying not more than 6 passengers. License good for 100 Miles offshore as well as any inland waters in the US.

CPR First Aid
This U.S. Coast Guard approved CPR/First Aid course provides the emergency response training. Students learn how to recognize medical emergencies, perform CPR, use an AED, and administer essential first aid until help arrives.

Marine Meteorology
Mariners learn how to interpret marine weather forecasts, analyze pressure systems, fronts, winds, visibility, and cloud patterns, and apply meteorological information to voyage planning and safe decision-making.

Radar Observer (Unlimited)
Training includes radar fundamentals, plotting, collision avoidance, target tracking, relative motion concepts, and practical radar navigation exercises. Students practice real-world scenarios to build confidence using radar as a primary navigational and collision-avoidance tool.

Radar Recertification
Maintain your radar proficiency and endorsement. This refresher course reinforces key radar skills, including collision avoidance, target interpretation, and safe navigation techniques.

Assistance Towing Endorsement
The course covers sailing theory, vessel handling under sail and auxiliary power, rigging, sail trim, maneuvering, and the unique navigation and safety concerns associated with sail-powered vessels.

Upgrade To Master 100
Designed for mariners who already hold an OUPV (Six-Pack) credential, this course provides the additional training required to operate inspected vessels up to 100 gross tons. Topics include stability, seamanship, safety, vessel operations, and the responsibilities unique to serving as Master.

Rules of Road
This USCG Rules of the Road class will teach students the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGs) and U.S. Inland Rules for safe navigation, essential for professional mariners seeking licenses or endorsements, covering steering, sailing, lights, and sound signals.

Able Seafarer
Able Seafarer Deck (AB) is a credentialed mariner who serves as a member of the deck crew on large commercial vessels generally over 100 gross tons, most tugboats. ABs are specifically in charge of all deck activity. They are in charge of deck maintenance, using vessels mooring equipment, securing cargo, and passenger safety. The (AB) rating is a higher level than OS ordinary Seafarer, and comes with a greater level of responsibility.
